WDG Architects has been designing custom casual restaurants, prototype “franchise” restaurants, and food service kitchens and facilities for schools and universities, and food processing plants for over ten years.

When working with prototype plans, we often customize them for our individual clients. We re-designed the Buffalo Wild Wings Stadia prototype for three New Mexico locations that reduced total dining area yet increased seating capacity. We also designed a custom Tilted Kilt restaurant for El Paso, Texas that broke accepted rules, yet turned into a huge success.
