Mustang Village Student Apartments

In the University’s effort to increase enrollment, replacing existing aging campus housing is a high priority. This 74,000 s.f. project includes 35 five-bedroom/two-bath suite-style apartments and 12 four-bedroom/four-bath suite-style apartments and is distributed over 3 three-story buildings housing a total of 271 students plus a resident manager’s family apartment. The entire project was awarded LEED Silver certification in the USGBC’s Campus Platform.

Construction Cost: $12,700,000
