Conceptualized by our client, Max Bower of GMB Development NM, with the assistance of WDG Architects, this project includes three dining establishments including a tap room/casual restaurant, a full service restaurant, and a lounge. The Amador-Main Street corner is anchored by the future home of the Visit Las Cruces (formerly the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau). These new buildings enclose an event courtyard venue capable of hosting any number of special events including music performances, banquets, social gatherings, weddings, and speaking engagements.
The project supports the new “walkable” downtown by close placement next to the sidewalk. This project is the first new construction designed to meet the Las Cruces Downtown Development Code adopted in 2016.
