Student Resources Bldg, DACC East Mesa
WDG Architects (as Williams Design Group in conjunction with SMPC Architects) master planned the entire campus, then designed all four academic buildings and exterior public spaces. The projects spanned over 12 years and include over 200,000 s.f. of learning spaces, library and media center, administrative and faculty offices, and multi-use spaces for students and the public. The most recent building, DASR, incorporates three academic kitchens for the Hospitality Department, facilities for training police, fire, and EMS bound students, a 3,000 s.f. commons used for public events and banquets, and student support offices such as admissions, financial aid, testing, advising, and registration.
